Default Oakland cap???
Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't the raiders supposed to be way over the cap before the start of FA?? Then add Moss, Woodson, and now Jordan...???...have they freed up enough money to do all this?? I know they released a few guys, but are they in compliance with the cap now?? I guess I've missed something if they are.

They had to be in compliance with the cap as of March 1. I think the next 'cap compliance' day doesn't hit for a few months. And once you cut the rosters down, it's in full-time.
so between now and then they can be over the cap, as long as they're back under??

It would have been easier had you just said "they made it under, now pay attention next time you moron."
