i hope that last week did not save Martz job, if so, this week removed that thinking, because i think and hope he gets canned, he is the biggest idiot in coaching.
Just from an offensive standpoint, I was actually impressed with his commitment to the run in the first half. Though the special teams is atrocious.

Sorry, I didn't realize that the players on the field during the Rams-Eagles game weren't members of the Philadelphia team. I still stand by my original statement with no correction.

21-14, Rams aren't beat yet. They have to eventually shut down the Falcons.

You'd think that the Falcons would know how to run on their own turf. Sheesh. Duckett and Vick should have had touchdowns on that drive.

Is this a case of the Falcons being that good, or are the Rams really that bad?

I went to sleep at halftime on this one, I'm glad. Still I stayed awake longer than the Rams defense.

Does anyone get the feeling, watching Rams games that they are just a bunch of great atheletes being told 'alright go out there and do something'. They seem to have the discipline of a 1st greade girls dance team.
Extremely poor coaching is the cause of the majority of that. Martz is a horrible head coach, but he was a good offensive coordinator

With all the talent they have on the defensive side of the ball one would think they would be able to do more. If only the Genius of Martz extended beyond the offensive side of the ball. Then again maybe it does, hence the problem.

I like how they said that the Eagles still have to prove they can win a big game without Terrell Owens. I'd say if lesser Eagle teams have won divisional games the last 2 years with a bye, they have little to prove.
Seriously, we're not gonna choke until next week. But I guess they have to make it sound compelling.

I think so.
So it would be safe to say that the practice squad, though a part of the Eagles is just as much a part of the NFL in whole.

In practice, the members of the practice squad fill the roles of other teams to prep the starters too.

They scored more points than Philly did.

Boy, Rossum can sure return kicks. Another one of ex-GM Mike Sherman's bad decisions to let him get away.
