Are you going to be away from your computer?

J/K

This'll be my last chance to post until probably Sunday night or Monday afternoon.

Good luck to the Vikings.

May both teams stay injury free.

and most importantly, Merry Christmas to all you guys, be safe this weekend and have a wonderful holiday.

Good luck today and have great Christmas PG!

ok 16 seconds left in the game Packers are up 27-21. Moss takes the ball on the reverse. Passes to the endzone and its picked off. Sorry I just had to get that one in.

Hmmm, i think your giving both our defenses to much credit

Pack 78
Vikes 76
And there I'm thinking you're giving our coaching staff's too much credit....that many points would involve a hell of a game plan I think...lol

Wow...it's only Sunday and we've already got someone trying to start a fight.

Can't we keep this civil and let the players on the field do the talking?
This is a Packers thread on the Packers board, sorry if you dont like it. There is a vikes forum a few doors down where you can start a thread also. bye

Why does the bottle have to be half empty or half full? Why can't it just *be*?

There's the homers, the realists, the pessimsts, and the optimists, and they all have their own take on how things will be, but the bottom line is it's ALL bullshit, and the only thing that matters is what happens on the field. Everyone can throw out their predictions of doom and gloom, or super bowl glory, or just predictions on the game this week, but the end result is all that matters.

Oh.........

Minny 34

I plan on being about 3/4 in the bag before kickoff.
That should soften the blow of watching the inept tackling defense and the turnover machine offense.
The only hope I see is that Minny has equally inept defense.
I predict the usual dome meltdown. (these are only predictions, no crystal ball comments, please)
Minnesota 42
Packers 32 (they score late to cut it to 42-30, and go for 2).
I also predict a loss at Lambeau South against he Care Bears.
Losing at Lambeau
South will be the trifecta (4 game losing streak, losing to a hot-weather team at home in December, getting swept by the Bears) for Sherman and cost him his job.
Minny gets the 3 seed, Packers play at Seattle (or St. Louis- it doesn't matter) in playoffs and get embarrased.
8-8 and first round loss.
Nice little package for us to swallow.
This team is undisciplined and Sherman must take the blame.
another big fucking baby, for crying out loud, stop watching the games then.

Come on luvda...we all know we're all free to post wherever we wish...and this thread will be linked to the Vikings one anyway...as all gameday threads are.

I know you don't like me...you've made that perfectly clear..and that's fine...all I'm asking is that this gamethread stay civil and we let the players do the talking so that fans of both teams can enjoy this.

First of all i didnt say anything bad about anybody here. If you think for one min that certain posters wont be posting stupid shit then your wrong. The last thing we need is for someone to get a hot head and give into them.

As far as you second comment i never said anything to you about not liking you in fact i have stuck up for you on certain occasions on the bears board. If you have anything else you need to say to me you do it VIA PM.

Other then that lets stick to to thread. thank you.

christ, some people around here are huge babies after losses. oops. did I say that out loud?
You sure did. You don't like what I say don't read it.

I am tired of this team's lack of consistency, intensity, penalties, and mistakes. You, however, must see it differently.

Unfortuantely, I can see the Packers get smoked, unless the dline brings their A game, Specifically Hunt and KGB.

Thanks for proving my point.
No problem, just thought I'd be the one to prove your point so that maybe we can move onto GAMETHREAD material?!

What can I say?

Some people see the bottle as half half-empty.

Some see it as half-full.

I see it as me being half-drunk.
Around this time of year I see mine totally empty with the contents in my belly.

Naw...that plays been done once...Tice has a brand new way to fuck up this next game..check it out...

Line up Moe Willams at QB, spread Daunte out to the right along with Moss...with Burleson and Kenechi Udeze to the left and Morten Anderson lined up next to Moe Williams....

Snap it to Moe, hand it off to Morten....toss it back to Udeze who then hands it off to Moss on the double reverse who then throws it to a streaking Daunte Culpepper for the game winning touchdown...but DC drops it because he starts doing his arm roll dance early.
LOL.

that's wayyy too simple.
