Here's what I don't get.

At what point do professional athletes become property that is owned by the public?

If he decided he didn't want to play anymore...isn't that his choice?

Granted...he should have given more notice...he should have to pay back some money....but doesn't it all just boil down to a person making a personal choice in his life?
