11. Denver's defense will be tops in the league but the offense will be so bad, they miss the playoffs.
12. Jake Plummer is MVP and Quentin Griffin has people talking about the second coming of Barry. How on earth does a team have the worst offense...yet have the MVP be a member of that offense and another member make people think of one of the greatest RB's ever?

11 (college football) 4 teams go undeafeated USC, Mich, WVU, Utah. Throws a wrench into the BSC which finally is changed to a playoff system of all the big bowl winners.

Default 10 bold NFL predictions for 2004
Give it a shot, but try not to copy predictions that others have already made:

1] The Panthers will not have a winning record.
2] The Titans will finish last in the AFC South.
3] The Dolphins will finish ahead of the Jets and Bills, but another season short of the playoffs will be the end of Dave Wannstedt.
4] The best team in the NFC will have no more than 11 wins.
5] LaDainian Tomlinson will not make it through the entire season healthy.
6] The Saints will win the NFC South.
7] Houston will have the best football team in Texas.
8] The Patriots may win more games than all the NFL teams in California combined.
9] Joey Harrington will open the season as the Lions starting QB, but he won't finish the season there.
10] Seattle will be the first team in the NFL to clinch a division title.

I will only do 1 cause its more bold(hopeful) than anyone elses.

1. 49ers will make the playoffs as a wild card team.
Barlow will carry the load!
this one will take a miracle to happen.

Alright I'll ante up my $.02 worth.

10. Chris Berman will be insufferable 12 seconds into NFL Gameday.
9. Michael Irvin will make Deiion Sanders sound like Walter Cronkite.
8. Shannon Sharpe will be just as insipid as his brother, Sterling.
7. Pat Summerall will look for Tom Brookshire for analysis . . . and a martini.
6. ABC will lose Monday Night Football in the new television contracts.
5. Just once, Cris Carter will put on a rubber nose and glasses (minus eyebrows) & do a Groucho Marx imitation.
4. John Madden will be seen grazing . . .in the horse trailer.
3. Somebody will finally hit Boomer Esiason with that snowball.
2. Nobody will miss Eric Dickerson.
1. Al Michaels will reference over/unders earlier and earlier in the game.

Okay, nobody ever said anything about parameters. You guys handle the teams, I'll handle the media.

PG is down to 9 predictions outstanding after San Francisco got blanked.

I think I might make this a contest of sorts. I won't give away cash prizes, mainly because I have no money (I'd say poor college student, but that's redundant ).

However, at the end of the season, we should take a look back at our predictions, and the person who has the most right will get a boost in their user reputation.

I know it's not much, but it is something.

Take a look at half the other predictions... thus I did it similarly. Bold, hmm.

1. Raiders take 2nd in division (as I said)
2. Texans take 2nd in division (maybe bold?)
3. Q. Griffen has 1100+ yards rushing.
4. Bills make it into 2nd round of playoffs.
5. KC is a top 10 defense.
6. Pats have 3rd defense... in their division.
..... I'm done for now.
