Dec 4 Jeff Garcia was upgraded from questionable to probable on Saturday and will is likely to be available on Sunday, at least as the backup. Rookie Luke McCown has taken all the practice reps with the first team this week and is still expected to make his first NFL start, however Garcia, and possibly even Kelly Holcomb, could be available if necessary. "Jeff came out and threw some nice balls," interim coach Terry Robiskie told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Robiskie also said he hasn't ruled Holcomb, who has three cracked ribs, out. "We feel like we've got all three guys available, and it's good to know," he said.

I just dumped Holcomb. I'm leaving Garcia on the Bench, and just picked up Collins -- who seemed the least of all other available evils . . .
