C'mon boys, hopefully I will get this game on sattalite at a friends house, then I can iew this new defense first hand. if I don't get it, Gamecenter will get plenty of hits from me. Hopefully all of you that are going to the games (you lucky bastards) can fill me on how the team looks.

hopefully the guys watching will keep the game thread going too.

Ok, after watching this game so far, Im pretty confident we'll (Vikes) come out with the win, however, they're are some moderate problems. Rashun Woods sucks and needs to go QUICK! I'm not sure what the deal is with this defense but its revolting to say the least, and its mostly the secondary which is appalling and quite shocking.

But DC and Moss and Smith and the whole offense looks dominant right now and watchign them is gonna be cool this year.

I'll agree, the offense looks nearly unstoppable. And that's against a pretty good Dallas D, too. However, the Vikes D is not doing so well against a less than good Dallas O. Still a lot of youth though, and that should clear up as the season progresses.

yeah ive turned into one today as well.... and what do u mean by if the packers and vikings lose, i'd assume u mean when the vikings lose and after the panthers get demolished?

I'd like to think that, but I think the packers will have to win their last 15 games to go 15-1.

the rule enforcement is BS IMO... and im not saying that because of moss and whatnot, but it will now become part of team strategy to hail the ball downfield in hopes of a PI call, and thats not football. There should be a fine line i admit, like the raping in new england last year should not be allowed, but making ticky tacky calls is gonna get real cheap real fast. I do however, think both of the calls in todays game regarding moss were legit, he woulda had a touchdown without the contact.

Well if that was the Parcells answer with the defense in the second half, this is going to be another "w" for me . . .investment wise.

Didn't too much to stop them on that drive.

I really believe that they could throw to Moss on every series, if they so desired, and probably get a big play (be it by penalty or catch).
