I've a photograph of someones arm and hand, holding a pencil. What I want is for the arm/hand and pencil to be cutout from the background (without any shadow), using a minor feather (so the sides aren't too sharp), then your resulting cutout component positioned on a clear background (so both as a *.PSD or a split.TIFF document). This is actually the high-res source document (its 47mb) - give 10mins to it to complete importing http://www.picturepunk.com/photos/hand.tif The image pixel size needs where possible to be maintained (therefore no extreme resizing please), and the document must certanly be 300DPI. I'd be really really grateful, if anybody can do that for me personally. If necessary I will give FTP access to you to add the file afterwards.
