Default Canon's new mutant, good or bad..? SX100 IS samples
A few days ago I've decided to get this Canon's new little pocket mutant, today I've had some free time to take it on a little walk with the dog.
All of the images taken in the "Auto" mode with no modifications done, save for most of them being downsized to 1600x1200 with a JPEG quality of 95% (to fit Imageshack's 1.5MB restriction).

Was it worth the 255 euro (with a 4-year warranty)? Opinions are welcome

I'll save you all the "I'm a n00b photographer" crap, even though it's true lol

P.S - the panoramic mode ("Stitch-Assist"), with the obvious disadvantage of the same exposure for all its' parts:
