http://www.last.fm/ is a good way to find more music that you like. Look up a band, and there is a column on the left with "similar" artists. Can be a bit hit and miss but a good way to find out more music.

If you like Dragonforce you might like gamma ray:

Here are some of the best Metal Voices™ (bands) (all of the come from Finland)

Swallow The Sun (One of the best Doom bands ever. Kotamäki has super deep growl [thumbup])
- Descending Winters: http://youtube.com/watch?v=mUywH11mI6c

Amorphis ( Tomi Joutsen has a huge voice scale. From very deep growl to great clean singing... )
- The Smoke : http://youtube.com/watch?v=MkRxjrlgzp0

Rapture
- Misery 24/7: http://youtube.com/watch?v=7MrPbi3hMHo

Insomnium
- Mortal Share: http://youtube.com/watch?v=e5IpHczLeV8

Vecra (Female singer)
- Memory Loss: http://youtube.com/watch?v=D8XPl1fkB6o (not their best song but there weren't many on youtube...)

Ensiferum (really the best Heroic Folk Death Metal band out there )
- Iron: http://youtube.com/watch?v=1cJ3k7yTNqk

Wintersun (Started as a side project of Jari Mäenpää (from ensiferum) Jari played all instruments except drums which were played by maybe the best drummer in the world Kai Hahto)
- Beyond the Dark Sun: http://youtube.com/watch?v=tnhdJVh9iIY
etc...

Videos aren't that great but the songs are [thumbup]

Well there are some very good bands in Sweden too... (In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, Soilwork etc...)

Listen to some Opeth, the first 3 Black Sabbath albums, some Motorhead and Mastodon.

I could go on forever but you can start there.

Nah, I prefer music that has speed. The majority of Finnish metal and doom metal just bore me with the slowness/midtemponess. The only exception is when the production is heavy as hell and the songs are very very good, such as Electric Wizard's Dopethrone.

If you want speed listen to Rotten Sound [rofl]

Wintersun and Ensiferum are pretty good (Especially the older stuff, I have mixed feelings about their new singer, the one from Norther. Jätkän ääni on vaan niin tuskasen kuulonen ettei mitään järkee [rofl])...

Nicole has some nice songs, but it's in finnish

Nicole - Kaaos

Nicole - 8442

And the newer stuff by Suburban Tribe is pretty good...

I've got them on my list But Cycles isn't all that good as their previous two albums.

Wintersun and Ensiferum are pretty good (Especially the older stuff, I have mixed feelings about their new singer, the one from Norther. Jätkän ääni on vaan niin tuskasen kuulonen ettei mitään järkee [rofl])... My mom likes Ensiferum

And the newer stuff by Suburban Tribe is pretty good... Their debut album was nice, but Manimal was a huge splat to the ground.
