Tool
Rage Against the Machine
Pink Floyd
Nine Inch Nails
Radiohead

Radiohead might not be considered rock so much, but that's my list.

Mine are:

Led Zeppelin
Rush
Kiss (Most entertaining show I've ever been to)
Nickleback
Heart

There are lots of other bands that could be put up there though. I've seen all of these a couple of times, except LZ, I only got to see them once, the next year was when John Bonham died and they cancelled the tour. LZ wasn't a great concert because they were so high but I'm willing to give them a second chance because of their music.

Tool
Meshuggah
System of a Down
Nine Inch Nails
Deftones (with the clause that they only play **** from their first 2-3 albums and have to play Passenger with Maynard at every show)

You may be jealous of me then, I'm seeing RATM on the 24th of this month and QOTSA is opening for them.

If you consider those to be rock, you must think Michael Jackson is black metal or something

Metallica (of 10 years ago, their recent live performances have been quite ****, though not quite as bad as a few years ago..)
Nirvana
Pearl Jam
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Queens of the Stone Age (Heh a lot of folk picked them for being a not so "big mega band").
