Quick Question - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

My wife took a picture with her dad, brother, and sister inlaw all in her dad's mustang....she took a few of them but this one that she took has a ton of spots all over it...I was wondering if you wonderfull people could fix it or if it is a lost cause...I woul appreciate any help thanks here is the link

That rocks my wife loves that its much much better than what I was able to do.....I suck at photoshop thanks sooo much
