I have been designing some logos for my new design website/homesparetime business, this is the one I like the most so far. It was designed so it can look pretty with lots of colors and effects, and so it can work as a two color logo. The color on the green one can of course be changed, and I'm not sure about the metallic border, but that stuff is trivial right now. Tell me what you guys think.
Thanks! ![]() |

To me it seems there is not really any direction or purpose behind it. Just an S with a period in it? Think about what the goal and purpose of your business is. What kind of logo would get that across and yet look nice. You may know this already, but it helps if you work on some of these steps.
If you need any inspiration I can send you some links. I have been a multimedia designer for about 5 years so I have a TON of inspirational links on pretty much all subject matter. You have it right on making sure it works in black and white though, keep it up [thumbup] . |

Well see that's the thing. I would have never known that was suppose to be a w unless you had told me. Personally I'm not digging the logo. If I were you I would try some more concepts and post them here for feed back. Keep this in mind when working on it.
Your logo should work effectively across multiple mediums. Like how will it look on screen, on print, on the web (with possible animation?)...etc Also remember a logo does not have to be an image. Nice simple type treatment can make a great logo as well. |
