I ordered a lens and some filters from them. They still haven't shipped anything after a week even though my card was charged the same day I ordered. I called but they said they were out of stock even though the website says they have them. They said there was an expected shipment in the next few days and that my order may ship within a few days. The woman said that in one second like it was a rehearsed response. I asked to cancel the order and shie advised me to wait since the shipment was coming in and said "is there anything else sir". What a garbage company.

I'm about ready to call American Express and get them to dispute the charge.
