Hey,

Does anyone have a site to widescreen pictures? My mother is planning on redecorating the lounge, and need some wicked pictures to fill it....

I am looking for the highest res possible, and then getting them blown up to size...

The Library of Congress has A LOT of wide/very high res images, it's just a matter of sifting through it all, which could probably take years if you go file by file. But I have found nice images of Lincoln, the first flight by the Wright brothers, New York in the 20s, and an amazing image from the Normandy Invasion.

I'd give links of where to get those images specifically I remembered.

I love InterfaceLift. However, another user on this board linked me to another, somewhat comparable page. A lot of what it has are basic Mac wallpapers, but it's got other stuff too. Hopefully there's something you can use.
