Default South Korean precision-guided missiles unreliable
The accuracy of South Korean made precision-guided missiles in 2011 is between 33 to 100% say Armed Forces. The news agency Yonhap said that the PGM's were unpredictable due to lack of live fire drills.

South Korea has procurement programmes for air-to-surface precision guided munitions. Republic of Korea Air Force F-15K and F-16K combat aircraft are expected to induct 350 CBU-105 Sensor Fuzed Weapons (SFW) and Wind Corrected Munitions Dispensers (WCMD). The country currently uses CBU-87, and Mk 20 Rockeye cluster bomb units. The others on purchase are 150 GBU-28 laser-guided hard-target defeat bombs. It is also ordering standoff missiles an the choice is between 177 Lockheed Martin AGM-158 Joint Air-Surface Standoff Missiles (JASSM) or uknown quantity of European Taurus KEPD 350.
