நாம் அல்லல் படுகிறோம்.

தேகம் அழியப்போகும் வஸ்து இதற்கும் நமக்கும் ( நிஜ நானுக்கும் )
சம்பந்தமில்லை என்ற அறிவு வந்தபோது துன்பம் இல்லை, இன்பம்தான்.

ஆதலால்தான் பகவான் ரமணர் புற்று நோய்க்கு அறுவை சிகிச்சை
செய்யவேண்டும் என்று டாக்டர்கள் சொன்னபோது, கையை நீட்டி

இந்த இதயம் ரத்த சுத்திகரிப்பு செய்யும் அங்கம் அல்ல.

ஹிருதயம் என்பதற்கு "இதுவே மையம்" என்பது பொருள்.

ஆகவே அது ஆத்மாவைக் குறிக்கிறது.

நிறுத்தப்பெறும் போது மனம் தன் மூலமாகிய இதயத்துக்குச்

செல்லுகிறது.

அத்தகைய கலப்பை நாம் உணருவதில்லை.

இருப்பினும் உணர்வோடு இதயத்தில் நுழையும் போது அது

சமாதி என்று அழைக்கப்படும்.

இவ்வாறு வேறுபாடு வார்த்தைகளில் மட்டுமே.
