Actor Vijay has been signed as brand ambassador for the Coco Cola brand in Tamil Nadu.Vijay was earlier associated with the brand from 2000 to 2003, when Rajiv Menon created a campaign which became very popular with the masses.

The duo hit backs strongly after 6 years .Guess what,Rajiv menon had opted for noted singer karthik who has a niche segment of listeners for himself .Karthikhas composed and rendered a peppy song for this commercial.

The coca cola advertisement which is rocking the small screen viewers specially designed to quench the summer thirst was created by Rajiv Menon and the music was composed by singer Karthik. Wondering how a singer turned music director? Simple, Karthik is known to compose tunes during his free time and had randomly played the tune to his friend Rajiv Menon. Impressed by the handiwork of the singer, Rajiv had asked him to compose the jingle for his upcoming coke advertisement starring Vijay,which he of course did. The lyric for the song was penned by Pa.Vijay.
