The 'S' group led outright. What's worse was, Harini in the non-S group didn't get a single vote..! (hey Harini-nominator, who did you vote for? ![]() And, the winner.. |

Album of the Year 2006

Very young talent GV Prakash caught the attention of music lovers with Veyil . Uruguthe is one of the best melodies of the year. Harris Jayaraj's Vettaiyadu Vilayadu had a variety of songs: Partha Muthal Naale was an instant hit. Manjal Veyil and Chikki mukki neruppe also became audience picks. Isai Puyal ARR came with 2 hit albums. Sillunu oru Kaathal with songs new york, munbE vaa etc well received more than the movie. Varalaru , a Super hit movie of year 2006 came with few hits innisai alabadaiyE, theeyil vizhundha, though ARR's usual punch was missing. Album of the Year 2006 goes to... |
