This is one of the most hilarious threads i have been to....look at the replies and counter replies.......hey guys relax okkkk......If IR was ARR's guru then we r more than happy cos ARR shuld be called "Guruvai mingina shishyan"......forget it but as IR is no way related to ARR in these aspects.....i dunt think ARR learned anything at all from IR when he used to do addnl. prog for IR.......cos it shows in ARR's music- no trace of IR for 13 yrs.....

ARR western music guru IR va??? If I refer to some of his (ARR)earlier interviews, ARR said that we have been in a nut shell for a long time. I know what does he mean.

Today I was hearing KR's Kudaikkul Mazhai - adiye kizhiya one sung by Ilayaraja. This song is like hearing Ilayaraja voice from 7th street and KR's BGM's from 3 rd street. Absolutely no synchronization. sungha(koo) kooda synethesizerla vooda vaiparru enga ARR. I dont expect such a song from IR Maestro's family where he himself has sung.

Take ROJA, TT it was ahead of its times. EVEN TODAY nope even after a decade i can bet no one can produce such an album instrumental and quality wise.

Its just my opinion. Comments are welcome.
