Default Hougang by-election expenses
Desmond Choo spent $3.32 per voter, Png Eng Huat spent $3.12 per voter. Moral of the story: money is not everything.

The true moral of the story is that elections are an expensive business. Whether it is $77k or $72k, those amounts are a lot of money for a short campaign and a small constituency.

Desmond choo expenses include Free Nasi Lemak and Chartered bus, that is why so expensive but...nobody want to turn up. Effectively speaking it could have cost more per voter if you divide the total expenses by the number of turnout at PAP rally.
