I think everyone is free to express their opinion in this forum. Of course people have different opinion on any given subject and a forum is a good place to express their opinion. However, as a forum is a public place, writers have to adhere to some criteria so that no one will be hurt.

Good. Expressing own opinion requires patience, willingness to share, judge how far it is useful in general, how to reach others the way we feel, simple, clear flow of thoughts, translating them to words etc. Anyway, the guidelines are good.
