Caught on camera today in Chennai. The lady minus a helmet and plus the shawl that was swaying in the air. While in an accident she could suffer severe head injuries and the swaying shawl if entangled to anything could unsaddle her from her mechanical horse.

I saw many traffic policemen on duty in several places but some how this lady seems to have slipped through the net.
