The photo on the right definitely looks better, but the different is not that significant that you would warrant a nose job in that case, besides the original nose looks fine to me. I would think if the original nose was a strange shape then a nose job may make a significant difference, but for most people it would be irrelevant.

Man I don't know what I'd do if my wife had her nose done.
I'm always telling her that the reason I married her was because of her Isaan nose. The bridge fits perfectly against my lips if I turn sideways to give her a kiss on her nose.

Now many people tend to change something in their appearance, especially the nose. Look at young owen wilson. He had a great nose, but after Owen broke his nose, he had more options. A broken nose made his career. Owen doesn't want to change his appearance at all.
