visionchaser45, i never said governements protects well their citizens. I am not blind about dysfonction in the system but if people decide to protect themself and do not make confidence into the system, they put in danger the commun interest and the society equilibrium.
Yes, i am agree with you when you say the power is granted by the people. But if they decide to keep their individual power of decision, make their own law and protect themself, it will be the law of the stronger. No equality just force relations who will engender more violence.
In your country death by gun is the first cause of death. Is it normal to buy a gun as same price as shoes?
