I want a Thai Name - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

Currently i want to change a new chapter of my life. The 1st thing i could think of is to Have a Thai name as if that's a new me. I've been on the chatroom and a few of the friends there had given 3 options. I am actually looking for a name which is Strong and Confident. The 3 name that they suggested me are,
- Korn Ra wee = Bright from Sunshine
- Kan Ya Wee = Brave Girl
- Kot Cha Kom ( im not sure what does this mean)
I personally feel that Kanyawee is nice, but im not sure about it, I hope that you all could either vote for me or give me more suggestions! Thank you very very very much!!

OMG, Kanchana is a female name in my country as well and one of my close friends is so named!

Chakra, Thai usually means a weapon of Phra Narai ¾ÃÐ¹ÒÃÒÂ³ì , or other name Pra Visanu ¾ÃÐÇÔÉ³Ø (Lord Vishnu), the one of three supreme gods of Hinduism. In this case Chakra is symbolic about Phra Narai, so it means Phra Narai, not weapon.

So Chakkrapong means Phra Narai clan, Phra Narai family or a son of Phra Narai.

I'd like Thai name too. I visit Thailand every other month. My real name is Azam, meaning "determined/ determination". A Thai friend randomly gave me the name "Surasit", but doesn't feel like "me". Is there a Thai name that would encapsulate the meaning of my real name? Thanks
