In English or Thai? Sometimes they just translate directly word by word to English without knowing what is politically correct or word sensitive.
Even in Siam Paragon they make some misstakes

Srisangwan School is under the patronage of Somdej-ya, the King's Mother.
It is a specialist school for children suffering from cerebral palsy and other disabilities.
Sri Sangwan Khon Kaen is the only school for children with physical disabilities in North-east Thailand, the poorest and most populous region in the country.

Does anyone know if the school has a website, or if there is a way to find out about donating? I am very touched by the commercial and would like to see if I can do more.
As far as I found:

Some of you will know of my close friends situation as a disabled person in Thailand, although her disability was brought about by an accident rather than birth. Maybe that is why this video had such a strong emotional impact on me; whatever the reason, I am glad that I had the opportunity to view it.

I have posted the video on my facebook, twitter, and have downloaded it to my iPod to show the guys at weekend. Thank you Steve for bringing it to our attention!

I am pretty sure David is aware that being disabled is not a walk in the park in Thailand.
in this case, I would suggest we let him feel what he feels about this video. or maybe ask him "why".
Cringe [verb] 1.To draw away involuntarily, usually out of fear or disgust.

It brings back too many memories from my childhood that I would never want te relive. It's just the reaction the video creates in me (from fear not disgust.) But let's leave it there. But I never said, as Stephen implies, that the video is terrible.

The forgotten minority Thailand’s disabled really are; my close sister-in-law is spastic...
I would just like to mention again that in British English the word spastic is a very offensive word, the correct term is cerebral palsy. Remember the Tiger Woods incident a few years ago?
