I don't know Thai, but really I need a job which does not need to know Thai, the company just works in English.

Is there anyone can give me some advice..

My Bachelor degree is marketing.
I want to do jobs in Advertising or Graphic design, or marketing planning.

Most international companies recruit from abroad. Your only chance of getting a job here is meeting someone, at say a party, who works for a company that is looking for people with your qualifications.
