I have been able to find info that paper currency for baht runs between 10 - 1000

But could anyone tell me whats inbetween? Is there a 500 baht bill?

Definitely as a 500 Baht is the one you have to put in the machines at Don Muang airport to pay your departure tax. :-)

There are also 20 Baht, 50 Baht and 100 Baht notes (bills).

I have seen a 10B note before. However it is very rare to come across them. Perhaps the authorities are phasing them out.

there is no 10 baht "paper currency" (note), it's a coin.
it's weird that 50 baht notes are still so rare (they seem newer but have been around for years I figure), you usually end up with your change in 20 bahts and 10 bahts. often the same with 500 bahts, you rather get 100 baht notes.
and 1000 bahts are still hard to get rid of (at least if you want your change too), well at least if you are not a fancy traveller or expat and don't spend your cash at expensive places all the time I forget so often and get stuck with no money but a 1000B note to pay for my food.

I always recieve all my change back from anyone I happen to be doing business with,,never any satang, but all the baht,,sometimes just 2 or 3, .
I always tip folks except the cashiers at the large markets with the computer registers, our water boy, the person who pumps my gas the waiter in a resturant.
And I never have any trouble getting a 1000 baht broken when I buy something, altho I do try to have smaller bills or you might have to wait a few minutes.
But maybe I am just lucky to not live in a city.

My friend got married earlier this year, and he was going to Thailand for his honeymoon, so I gave him my 1,000 baht note, 500 baht note and a bunch of 100 baht notes from my collection as his wedding gift, but I wanted to keep some Thai money as a souvenir for my self, so I kept all my 20 baht and 10 baht notes.

yes. it have 10 THB in paper... I have it 10, 20 and 50

Thai government doesn't product 10 Baht notes anymore, replaced by coins. But if you have a 10 baht note, you can still use it to buy any things like a coin. In present, it is hard to see that note, so if I find it I will keep it in my collection.
