Thank you!!! That is so helpful and I will now stop worrying about names for an unborn baby
I really appreciate the help from both of you. I will practice my Thai letters and try writing the names as well!
Warm regards,
Tahnthawan

Yes, Nisa is a Thai name, could be written in Thai as ¹ÔÊÒ or ¹ÔÈÒ

¹ÔÊÒ (Nisa) means ¹éͧ(younger person), another meaning is ¡ÒÃÁͧàËç¹ or‘vision’

¹ÔÈÒ (Nisa) means ¡ÅÒ§¤×¹ or night

ÊسÔÊÒ (Sunisa) means ÅÙ¡ÊÐãÀé or daughter-in-law

a Turkish-Thai kid I taught last year had this as a second given name, in Turkish it means "woman". maybe it is a Thai name as well at the same time.

I wish you a lot of happiness with your baby.

Default Is Nisa a Thai name and do you know its meaning?
Hello Everyone
I have one week to go before I deliver my first baby and I am getting nervous because I still have not picked a girl's name. I love the name Nisa, but would like to know what it means before I decide to name my daughter.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Tahnthawan
