ist the 1. august here the first august in thailand? and year there = year here + 432?

Almost, it is currently the year 2551 in Thailand so the year is + 543 not +432.

BUT, Thailand also uses a Lunar calendar and a Solar calendar for dating Buddhist Festivals so there are actually 3 calendars in use.
