Just read an article on Al Jazera about how air is polluted over northern Thailand, and is leaving Chiang Maians gasping ...rain making planes are trying to "seed" the clouds and induce rains to wash away the pollution in the air. The pollution-according to this article-is due to Thai government`s high air pollution allowance-from factories, burning fires etc.-and not strict enough control of polluters, consequently air over northern Thailand is twice as polluted as that allowed be European countries..on top of that, there are no rains to clean up the air somewhat... hmmm maybe there is good future for American Indian RAINMAKERS in Thailand
