This previous thread may be of some help regarding buses from the new airport at Suvarnaphumi to Pattaya: http://www.thailandqa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11508 though as far as I can tell the English language pages of the www.transport.co.th website have been removed.

My link to the old Transport.co site no longer works and I also can find no English language link on the new flashy website. That's progress?

(This occurs just as the government is lamenting the drop in tourists numbers. Many tourists are independent travellers and use the buses- and travel co is government owned! Doh!)

There is a form on the site here with which to contact transport co-it might even be a complaint form-should anyone able to write Thai wants to complain about the loss of the English pages from the site.
