Is the middle woman in blue clothes wearing Thailand's traditional clothes?
Can you give me some webs related to this? It will be useful for me.

in this small picture, it looks more like a sari?
the woman on the right (with the white shawl in her her) is definitely wearing a northern Thai (Lanna) skirt and a Karen-inspired shirt.
isn't this a beauty pageant picture, with the contestants wearing their national costume?

You are right Betti.

That's what I think too.

On the left looks Chinese, Vietnamese or so.

Middle looks like a Sari from India.

And right looks Northern Thai Style (maybe Lanna Style).
