My Mom and I live in the US. She lost her birth certificate, she was born in Thailand in Chachoengsao. I've tried to look on the internet for any help, I've even contacted the Thai Embassy here in the US, but they were no help.
I've tried to find the information for the Chachoengsao Amphur, but I haven't found anything... Please help! My Mom would like to go visit her grandchildren in Thailand.

Chachoengsao is a Changwat (Province) not an Amphur. The Amphurs with Chachoensao are:-

Amphur Mueang Chachoengsao
Amphur Bang Khla
Amphur Bang Nam Priao
Amphur Bang Pakong
Amphur Ban Pho
Amphur Phanom Sarakham
Amphur Ratchasan
Amphur Sanam Chai Khet
Amphur Plaeng Yao
Amphur Tha Takiap
Amphur Khlong Khuean

If you Mom has relations in Thailand can they not help?

Doesn't she have a passport, How did she get into the USA without a passport.
How long have she been there?

And my Mom lost all her papers in a fire. She had a passport as well.
She's been here for over 30 years.
