for the better....hi, im new here and would like to tell you about myself a bit.
im 32, about to marry my girlfriend of 9 years and are going to adopt a thai baby!! i cant wait. 2 whole years it could take, so i want to start to learn some phrases and some language so i can talk with the orphanage workers and other thais.
ive been to thai when i was 17 with my family, great experience, never thought id be in a posistion where the thai culture would be a big consideration in my life. we intend to teach our child his/her heritage and culture so i'd better get a head start.
look forward to talking with any of you.
does any one know of others who have adopted?
im from australia, down the east coast in the state of victoria.lovely and green and hilly and also close to the ocean...a bit like ireland and thailand.
