Do keep in mind though that if you are a fan of real green tea then you probably won't like the green tea that you can buy in the convenience stores in Thailand. That's because it has been sweetened to accomodate the Thai peoples's sweet tooth.
When my wife first came to Japan she was excited because Japan is the home of green tea (macha), however since green tea is actually bitter, she took one sip and hasn't touched it since. |

You`re so right Makiyo !
On my last trip to Thailand it was even very hard to get Oishi Tea for a couple of days, because people baught like crazy in order to win the 1 Million Baht ![]() I must admit I love Oishi Green Tea and it was hard to live a few days without it. But there are thousands of other Brands that sell Green Tea. |
