The japanese staduim and the Ram Staduim have weights and they are practically free. 50 baht for about a year. All you need is your passport and a picture and maybe a thai to help you fill out the application unless you can read thai. But of course the facilities aren't that good. Depends what you want really. I used to go there to hit the heavy bags not wieghts. If you do train boxing and go into the weight room with boxing shorts on they won't let you in the weight room. They say you have to have long pants. Even though you sat in traffic for 2 hours to get there and all you want to do is train. So you have to bring in both long pants and shorts if you want to do multiple things. Also swimming pools are there too.

In Bangkok you will have in many hotels a fitnessroom with a lot of equipment.
