Default Ban phe in the rainy season
I'm heading out to Ban Phe on 18 June.

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel or something close by to keep me occupied. Apart from Ko Samet that is Cause I need to stay close to town.

Are there any markets there? How about somewhere I could learn to Cook Thai.

Would much appreciate any help.

That'll be really useful. I stopped off on my way to Ko Samet before but i'll be sticking around a bit longer this time.

I went there 1 time before, but that was a few years ago. So as everywhere in Thailand this town will also be changed.
It is a stopping off points for tourists enroute to the island of Ko Samet. Shops in the main street stock a wide variety of local products such as fish sauce, cuttle-fish, dried shrimp and shrimp paste.
