Default Peanut brittle cookie recipe, please
In several places in the north I bought bags of crispy cookies that were a bit like very thin American peanut brittle, but not very sweet. I have been trying to find out how to make them and have had no success.

They are caramel brown, about 100 mm across, topped with a few peanuts, and also bits of coconut (I think). They are a bit greasy - I think with butter.

I was told by a local guide they were made of rice flour, butter, coconut, and peanuts. I have experimented with these things and had no luck. I suspect that is not the right list of ingredients.

Any help in making this very yummie treat would be appreciated.

Here in the Netherlands we have some Thai and Indonesian toko's (shop) who sell this cookies. We like to eat them too. There are many kind of this cookies. They are very bad for your teeth!
But how you can make them, I don't know the recipe for it.
Are there no toko's in Oregon?
