All of Thai names have their meaning .I think every names is beautiful. You can have a name which start with any letters you want in Thai names(except Q,X,Z).
An example for a name which start with "M", มณิสรา (Manisara) means the great of precious stone.

Hehe..P'sabai. Don't ruin this beautiful name by changing it to ศาลา.
You don't need to think of ศาลา so soon. You will have a long long life as I can say.

I can give you a hundred of names with start with c or k and end with a. It would be helped if you give us more details or your reason why you want to have a name under this condition. What kind of the meaning of your name you want.
For Example,
กฤติกา (Krittika) means Pleiades.
กรั**า (Karanya) means To know what you should do.
กลิกา (Kalika) means flower bud.
กั**์วรา (Kanwara) means a sublime girl.
ฆฤณา (Krinna) mean mercy.

There is a good Book I ordered a while ago at Thaihypermarket. It has many Thai Names for Boys and Girls in it. The Names are written in Thai and English and also give an explanation what the Name means. Also it explains if the Name can be given to a Boy/Girl or even both Genders.
Another good thingg about the Book is that it explains how to coose a Thai Name, for example on which day of the week the child was born, than the Name should start with which Letter or shouldn't start with which Letter and so on.
Have a look at the following Link and maybe you order the Book.
Go to "Books in Thai" and than "Choosing a Name" (Name of the Book).
As I mentioned I like the Book very much and when I will have a child I will use it to choose a Thai Name.

I plan to have two children someday and if my first child is a girl, I would love to give her the most beautiful Thai name.

The letter "K" is the first letter of my name. "C" is the first letter of my dad's name.

I forgot, are there any Thai names that start with an "M"? My mother's name is Mullika.

Thanks for your help.
