Default Garnishing
I just remembered my experience in thailand when my ordered dish of steamed snakehead fish came with Mimosa garnishing.Without the torns and trademark pink fluffy flowers i presumed it wasn't. After tasting that horrid stuff, i am puzzled why it's used for garnishing..

Wanna,

i am quite sure that is not the mimosa plant that we commonly found on open field. This plant is widely used as a ganishing in Thai food. You might be able to find it in most Thai Provision shop "Pern Thai" in other Asia countries.

I am sure they wouldn't use weed to garnish the dishes, but they do taste horrible.
