As it was said, BSP has extended unconditional support. Anyway it is good for a stable Govt., if it is really so and gives a good governance for the well being of the people elected.
Next parliament elections, again sure, Rahul be the PM, even if Congress manages to get just 25 seats all over India. Only up to completion of elections, they are separate. Once election result comes, some how to be in the Govt. is the policy. Even an independent MP wants become a minister. Mr. Chidambaram is the best example.

Whatever it may be BSP is sure to support Congress in Uttarakhand. So Mr. Vadhera be Cheif Minister now or initially Rahul Gandhi. After parliament elections if Congress can manage to form Govt. even with just 28 MPs in 2014 with the help of parties other than BJP, the M. Vadhera be given Uttarakhand and Rahul Gandhi the coveted post of Prime Minister, once and for all smash the image of party. However the PM post be reserved for the son of Rahul Gandhi and till such time Congress manage continue in power.
