Here is one resolution that youngsters in the city have taken this year. Most welcome by me. I attach once again a clearer picture of what I captured during my visit at one end of G.N. Chetty Road flyover that the authorities have failed to notice. Is it not an eyesore?

Sarcasn, who is quite popular on a well-known social networking portal, posted on his page, "This year, let's all make a resolution to throw garbage inside garbage cans. And let the government make a resolution to install garbage cans in the first place."
