Bribery seems almost as certain as Sunrise and Sunset in India today. The new stories that are coming out every day seem to beat the number movies being produced in Kollywood, Mollywood and Bollywood added together.
I read a longer version of this Evronn Education MD’ story in the Times India and other Indian newspapers on the 31st of August 2011. I-T official, edu firm's MD held in bribery case - Times Of India Top I-T man nabbed in Chennai - Indian Express Then came this story of The members of the British aristocracy who were called Nobles and Lords and the common folk going to meet them would bring some fruits as a token of love. No fruity gifts to seniors, TN police chief tells cops This was followed by policemen who used to take lemons, relatively costing less, when calling on their senior officers," a police officer said. No fruity gifts to seniors, TN police chief tells cops - The Times of India We can conveniently blame the British for teaching us everything wrong including their language and bribery and corruption. We have to touch our hearts and say how many of us do not involve in some form of corruption everyday. Even God is being bribed from the stories of rich temples coming out every now and then. We hear of children at the age of 6 and 7 having to slave as domestic workers to earn at least a meal for a day. Is'nt there some thing terribly wrong with all the systems? The assets of many ministers published yesterday shows there is so much money in the hands of a few fortunate while millions are near starvation. We have long , long way to be correct in our way of living. Rajpriya |
