Okay, I'm a Chinese student studying world politics, and the more I read about China and Russia's relations with foreign nations, the more depressed I get, because on their list of allies, which is not long, admittedly, all the nations are either rogue, totalitarian or terrorist-sponsored countries.Can anyone please explain to me why this is so?
