It looks like they're a family and they wanted to stage a fight scene similar to one seen on Japanese soap operas. Now when I say Japanese soap operas, they're nothing like the day-time soaps here in the States. These are set in feudal Japan, usually in the Tokugawa era I think and there are a lot of fight scenes using katana and such. These guys just decided to do one of their own. On that second page, all they say in the caption is something to the effect of, "everyone, including this guy, loves chanbara" and the bubbles (left to right) say "SORE! (kind of like hai ya!", "AAAAHHHHHH", and "Now! Attack!!" Page 4's first caption I can't read (it's been a few years since I had to read kanji) but the big pink thing in the first picture is an imitation of a cheesy AV effect kind of like a noise you hear in anime when someone suddenly appears. The last caption says, "A nice big brother appeared" and the bubbles say, "Go easy on me (or something like that)", and the other three are just various kiai.

Okay, some rough translations:
旅芸人の一行じゃないよ

These aren't the itinerant entertainers! (I found this translation in the dictionary, assuming itinerant entertainers are "opera" stars or something
Fix:

These aren't the itinearant entertaining group! (Soap opera group)

do you want it translated? it's kinda obvious what's going on... I don't think you really need to know what it says to understand.

みかんじゃなくて、瓢箪なんだ!片足で立っているんじゃないよ、「心霊写真」さ!

It's not Mikan (some sort of fruits), it's a gourd! He isn't standing on one-legged. What a spiritual (not sure this is right, got it from dictionary also) photograph!

PAGE 2

三兄弟、見参!!

Meet the three brothers!!

手前、6年。木綿の着物に剣道の袴、子供用の印半纏。

In front, six years old. He is wearing cotton kimono with Kendo hakama (loose translation), children's livery coat.

後ろ、5年と3年。ウールのアンサンブル。

In the back, 5 year old and 3 year old. Wear wool ensemble.

左、別珍の足袋にのめりの下駄(大人用)。

Left, velveteen Tabi (socks) with (something, meri??) geta (the wooden shoes) (Use by adults)

中、めうがやの柄足袋に杉の下駄(子供用)。

Middle, (meugaya?) with pattern tabi with Japanese cedar geta (Use by children)

右、別珍の足袋に蛇皮柄鼻緒の雪駄(大人用)。

Right, velveteen tabi with snake pattern-sandal-strap leather-soled sandals (Use by adults)

足袋はすべて、お母さんと兼用。

Their tabis are all shared with their mother (loose translation).

PAGE 3

オトコノコはみんな、チャンバラが好きです・・・・

All are boys, they love chanbara...

紫色の手袋がカッコイイぞ!

The purple glove is nice (attractive)!

後ろから殴るのは反則だ!

A foul play strikes from behind!

PAGE 4

囲まれてしまった、隼人之尉。果たして・・・・!?

He is surrounded, the old man is trapped (loose translation, bet it's some sorts of "saying"). The outcome will be....!?

いいお兄さんでありました(^^)

We had a nice brother

おてやわらかにたのむよ。。。

Go easy on me...
