I think that people like the star of this video shouldn't touch alcohol, reminds me of an old buddy of mine who was a bit more extreme, if you go out at night better not have him around, instead of being merry and more social , it's the opposit that happens. As foreigners getting a bad reputation because of jerks like that, well i guess the only way to solve that is to invent some kinda respect sensor which would be used when visas are given.
