hello i just signed up and i was wondering if anyone out there know's of a kendo "store" that is in melbourne. i dont trust internet sites... i need to actually feel the shinai's... no point buying something i wont like

As far as I'm aware, quite a few. My friend who got me into kendo started in Melbourne so I can ask him if you like. Though whomever you're training with should be able to help you. The guys at my dojo are helping me out a bunch at the moment but I'll ask for you anyway.
