I'm looking for informations about the rules concerning the composition of national team.
Precisely, I would like to know who is able to join a national team except the people with this country's nationality. Is it enough to be affiliate to the federation since a long time?
Any informations concerning this point would be warmly welcome

Only citizens of a country can join their team, in terms of representing your country at international competitions.

I'm afraid its passport or nothing. As Jakob said you can't join by default, just for being a member of the association.

There has been at least one exception, although since I have no personal connection I'm not going to go into detail. Anyway, that was a long time ago and you'd never be able to pull it off these days.
